Swiss m4m Center is a CDMO in medical device additive manufacturing. We offer comprehensive contract manufacturing services in additive manufacturing, specifically tailored to meet the needs of the MedTech sector.

From manufacturing individual prototypes to serial production, we guide our clients through every phase of the production process.

Using state-of-the-art metal and polymer 3D printing technology and a highly qualified, ISO 13485-certified infrastructure, we ensure the highest quality and reproducibility. Our expertise covers all process steps from material selection and design to manufacturing, meticulous post-processing, and quality control.

As of today, we have a capacity of over 40'000 addive manufacturing hours per year.​

In addition, we offer post-processing steps such as CNC milling, heat treatments, sand-blasting and polishing to ensure efficient workflows.

This end to end service enables a fast and secure market introduction of innovative medical products.

  • 5 SLM machines (MYSINT 100, TruPrint 2000, 3x TruPrint 1000)

  • 2 SLA machines (Form 3B+), 2 FDM Machines (Onyx Pro, Prusa)​

  • 3 independent sieving stations

  • 1 depowdering unit​

  • 3 chamber furnaces, one including protective box for a better controlled environment​

  • 1 CNC 5 axis milling machine

  • 1 conventional turning machine​

  • 3 bead blasting units

  • 1 tumbling unit

  •  Different manual polishing stations​

  • 2 dry electropolishing machine

  • 1 technical cleaning station

  • Control equipments including an optical 3D scanner
