Swiss m4m Center offers comprehensive production services in additive manufacturing, specifically tailored to meet the needs of the MedTech and dental sectors.

From manufacturing individual prototypes to serial production, we guide our clients through every phase of the production process.

Using state-of-the-art metal and polymer 3D printing technology and a highly qualified, ISO 13485-certified infrastructure, we ensure the highest quality and reproducibility. Our expertise covers all process steps from material selection and design to manufacturing, meticulous post-processing, and quality control.

As of today, we have a capacity of over 40'000 3D printing hours per year!

In addition, we support companies with additional post-processing steps such as CNC milling, heat treatments, sand blasting and polishing to ensure efficient workflows.

This enables a fast and secure market introduction of innovative medical products.

Our production services stand for reliability, precision, and innovation empowering our clients to make a difference in medical technology with cutting-edge additive manufacturing.

We relay on the following equiment:

• 5 SLM machines (MYSINT 100, TruPrint 2000, 3x TruPrint 1000), 2 SLA machine (Form 3B+), 2 FDM Machine (Onyx Pro, Prusa), ​

• 1 depowdering unit​

• 3 chamber furnaces, one including protective box for a better controlled environment​

• CNC milling & conventional turning​

• Bead blasting, tumbling, manual and machine polishing​

• Technical cleaning

• Control equipment including an optical 3D scanner

We also relay on external partners and suppliers for specific processes:
