Swiss m4m Center offers comprehensive production services in additive manufacturing, specifically tailored to meet the needs of the MedTech and dental sectors.

From manufacturing individual prototypes to serial production, we guide our clients through every phase of the production process.

Using state-of-the-art metal and polymer 3D printing technology and a highly qualified, ISO 13485-certified infrastructure, we ensure the highest quality and reproducibility. Our expertise covers all process steps from material selection and design to manufacturing, meticulous post-processing, and quality control.

As of today, we have a capacity of over 40'000 3D printing hours per year!

In addition, we support companies with additional post-processing steps such as CNC milling, heat treatments, sand-blasting and polishing to ensure efficient workflows.

This enables a fast and secure market introduction of innovative medical products.

We rely on the following equipment:

• 5 SLM machines (MYSINT 100, TruPrint 2000, 3x TruPrint 1000), 2 SLA machines (Form 3B+), 2 FDM Machines (Onyx Pro, Prusa)​

• 3 independent sieving stations

• 1 depowdering unit​

• 3 chamber furnaces, one including protective box for a better controlled environment​

• CNC milling & conventional turning​

• Bead blasting, tumbling, manual and machine polishing​

• Technical cleaning

• Control equipment including an optical 3D scanner
